As Racepoint Energy merged into Savant Systems as Savant Power, owned the innovation agenda across technology strategy, R&D, prototyping, and platform architecture.

Steered the technical strategy for smart energy management products and oversaw execution. Led the technology organization with an emphasis on change management during the company merger and provided one-on-one mentoring. Cultivated and managed brand-labeled and third-party partnerships. Performed M&A due diligence and acquisition integration. Interfaced with legal counsel and advised on technical matters.

• Steered acquisition integration of Racepoint Energy’s technology teams, products, and systems. Navigated team through change to merge disparate organizational cultures, handling communications, leading with empathy, and fostering unity. Retired Racepoint slack instance. Established the corporate entity to provide engineering consulting services and continue the development of products begun as a post-doctoral scholar at Oregon State University. Lead client and grant-funded projects for prototype R&D and manufacturing, design for manufacturing, solution architecture, product engineering, product management, and software and hardware development.

• Led a multi-year project, initiated by a USGS grant, to create cost-effective sensors for measuring stream runoff. Transitioned from traditional SD card logging to innovative LoRaWAN technology, culminating in a partnership with Seeed Studio Fusion for prototype assembly.

Acquired by Savant Systems. Developer of smart electrical panel, automated power, storage and energy resiliency solutions.

CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER

Member of founding cohort, recruited to shape the business model and build out the intellectual product portfolio. Requested by CEO to lead the Cloud Services team for the Savant Systems contract.

Led the software development strategy, operations, and team, including the product roadmap, software delivery strategy, CI/CD DevOps, testing, quality assurance, bug tracking, and application of agile methodologies. Managed Savant's Cloud Services organization, drove IoT engineering, and mentored team members. Evaluated and selected SaaS partners. Drove
technical M&A due diligence.

• Pioneered multiple patented and award-winning products, still part of the product portfolio at acquiring company, Savant Systems. Contributed in determining the target market segment and shaping the business model. Patented Solutions:
